Activating Your Products in the Cloud Agent Suite Launchpad

Now that you have your Launchpad created, it’s time to set up your products.  This isn’t done automatically, so you’ll need to do so before you can use the product(s).

There are two options -- You can link an existing account (if you already have Cloud CMA, for example) or you can create a new account (if you're new to our services).



First, if you’re not already logged into your launchpad, please follow this link to log into Cloud Agent Suite directly -





Once logged in, you'll see your Launchpad, which will look like this:



Click Get Started as pictured above for Cloud CMA, and follow the prompts to create a new account.  


For NEW accounts:

Click Set up as new to create your new Cloud CMA account.

For EXISTING accounts:

Click on the Connect account button, in order to link your pre-existing Cloud CMA, Cloud Streams and/or Cloud MLX account.

Make sure that the email address displayed is the one that your current Cloud CMA account is associated with, and then connect the account.



You should then be able to log into Cloud CMA by clicking the Launch button.






The above steps can also be used for other products that are part of your account, as well.
