How do I cancel my Cloud Agent Suite account?

We are sorry to hear that you won't be joining us.  If you ever change your mind, we’re here for you!


For security purposes we request you login to your Cloud CMA account at and cancel via the Billing link.  


Canceling the account this way will keep a record of your request with us and email a confirmation for your records.



To cancel your account, have a look at the following steps:




1. Login into your account with your email and password.







2. Once logged in, click on the Billing link, located on the top right of your screen.







3. Select  Cancel Account.







4. Confirm cancelation by selecting Cancel Account and Delete Data.
